Atkins ry:n sääntömääräinen syyskokous

Kokouksessa valitaan uusi hallitus toimikaudelle 2022 sekä vahvistetaan yhdistyksen talousarvio ja toimintasuunnitelma.

Mikäli olet hakemassa hallitukseen, lähetä hakemuksesi etukäteen osoitteeseen [email protected]. Voit myös halutessasi asettua ehdolle kokouksen aikana ilman ennakkohakemusta. Jos et itse pääse paikalle, mutta haluaisit kuitenkin hakea hallitukseen, ilmoita tästä erikseen hakemuksessasi. Kokoukseen voivat osallistua kaikkia Atkins ry:n jäsenet ja kaikilla jäsenillä on puhe- ja äänioikeus.

Atkins ry welcomes all of its members to the autumn meeting on 22nd of November at 17:00! The meeting is held at Pasila campus room 3002.

In the meeting, we will elect a new board for the next year and confirm the associations’ budget and action plan for the term 2022.

If you want to apply to Atkins’ board, you can send your application to [email protected] before the meeting. You can also apply during the meeting. If you can’t participate in the meeting, but you would like your application to be heard, inform about this in your application. You can get acquainted with the roles of the board on our Instagram or website atkins.fi.

All Atkins’ members can participate in the meeting and all members have the right to speak and vote.
